These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Oat & Aura Clothing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Oat &Aura Clothing LLC.   as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are registered in Syracuse, Utah, United States. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. 

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Please ensure that you check applicable Terms every time you use our Site so that you understand which Terms apply. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted. 

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

We get it, things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! We offer Store Credit for Returns so you can find the perfect item! We reserve the right to update our Return Policy from time to time, please check back for updates on this page. 

Please carefully review our Return Policy and Instructions below before initiating your return. An approved RMA is required in order to return your items. 

Returns:

  • The following are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange: BOGOs, Mystery Bags, Sale Collection Items, Items discounted 30% or more. 
  • The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • The value of any free items with purchase may be deducted from associated returns. 
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Returns will be credited with an electronic store credit (E-Gift Card) for the original purchase price. The store credit will expire 12 months after issue date. A $7 easy return label fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  • If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached, received beyond 30 days from the order date, without an approved RMA or that are Final Sale, they will not be accepted, any such items received will be donated to a local charity. 
  • Seasonal Gift Purchases: Orders placed after November 15th - Extended Return Date: Returns must be received by January 10th to receive store credit. 

*All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.

Something Wrong with your order?

We are so sorry about that and would love to make things right! 

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 

  • If you believe you have received defective merchandise or the wrong item, you must email us within 3 days at Info@oataura.com so we may address the issue.
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. 
  • We do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
